The content on this site is general information about air conditioning services in and around Valley View. It is not tailored advice for your system. Every job is assessed on site before any work is quoted or carried out.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are provided in writing after an assessment and are fixed for the scope described in them. If the scope changes because of something found during the work, we stop, explain it and re-quote before continuing. Offers and discounts described on this site apply as stated at the time of booking and cannot be combined unless we say so.
Warranty
Our workmanship warranty covers faults caused by our workmanship. It does not cover manufacturer defects, which are handled under the manufacturer's warranty, or faults caused by misuse, lack of servicing, or work by others.
Licensing
Refrigerant handling and air conditioning work is carried out under a current ARC refrigeration and air conditioning licence. You can ask to see the licence on the day.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
